Our annual Halloween Party and Dog Costume Contest returns October 31st!!! Watch our furry friends show off their costumes while enjoying tasty beverages, live music and a food truck. Meet adoptable dogs looking for their forever home. Dogs Allowed Tampa Bay will be hosting a raffle to benefit the rescues with amazing prizes from Safety Harbor businesses.
