We’re Hiring
We are hiring to fill a production team role in brewing and cellaring and are comfortable bringing in the right person regardless of the level of professional experience. We have a talented, skilled, and experienced production team in place right now, so this new hire can come from a wide range of experience, from a very well-practiced home brewer to someone with “head brewer” on their resume.
What matters most to us are:
1) A deep, abiding passion for beer such that it is clearly and evidently among the important facets of your life.
2) A non-stop pursuit of new knowledge in beer production through reading, listening, and conversation.
3) Rock-solid character traits, some of which may be: high standards for production and sensory, a high level of motivation, a growth mindset, steadfast dependability and follow-through, a burly work ethic, high efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or thoroughness, and open and effective communication without defensiveness.
If you have those three things, we’d love to talk, regardless of where you presently find yourself in your career.
Details:
This position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt (overtime eligible). Expected hours are 30-45 hours per week, typically between 6 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend assignments. Upon completion of training across brew and cellar operations, flexible scheduling is possible if you prefer to bend outside the 9-5 M-F standard. The Brewer / Cellar Person reports to the Head Brewer. Looking for someone to start immediately. Potential for leadership/growth.
