Crooked Thumb’s spacious tasting room and tree-covered beer garden can provide a unique setting for your next gathering or event. From retirement parties and rehearsal dinners to networking gatherings and beer tastings, we will work with you to create a fun and easy experience for your group.

Table Reservations

Parties of 30 people or less can reserve up to three picnic tables FREE for up to three hours during regular open hours. This is subject to availability and does not apply to dates when we are hosting large events. Fill out the form below and a Crooked Thumb representative will confirm availability.

Larger parties can reserve space in the beer garden for a rental fee based on the date, timeframe, size and space needs of your group. Fill out details and we will get back to you with a quote. Your rental will include reserved seating, space sectioned off with signs and/or stanchions, 30 minutes pre-event set-up, tables for catering and adequate bar staff on site.

Private Events

Weekday Daytime Rental: Private access to the air-conditioned tasting room and/or beer garden can be reserved during hours which we are regularly closed to the public: 9am – 4pm Monday – Thursday or 9am – 2pm Friday. Rental Fee – $100/hr (does not include drinks).

Full Facility Buyout: Private access to the tasting room and beer garden during normally open hours may be arranged on certain dates/times. With this option the stage could be utilized for music or other live entertainment. Fill out the form and a staff member will contact you with rates and availability.

Drink Packages

If you are interested in purchasing drinks for your guests, we offer the following options. Available drinks include beer, wine, cider, seltzer and soda.

• Drink Tickets: We will provide drink tickets for you to distribute to your guests, who can redeem them for the drink of their choice. The drinks will be added to a group tab. This option is ideal for groups wanting to cover the cost of their guests’ first 1 or 2 beers, but then have guests pay individually for drinks beyond that.
• Open Bar: Guests will receive wristbands and their drinks will be added to a group tab for the duration of the event.
• All-Inclusive: Three hours of open bar for $35 per person. This includes all beverages sold by Crooked Thumb – beer, wine, seltzer, cider, soda and water. With this option, clients can also bring in outside spirits with a certified mobile bartending service. Liquor costs will be in addition to All-Inclusive rate and can be arranged directly with bartending vendor.
• Beer Tasting: Flight of four 4 oz beers with discussion of beer styles/flavors led by Crooked Thumb brewer or staff member. (minimum 12 people, maximum 20 people). $25 per person. Event approximately one hour long.
• VIP Add-on: Provide your guests with a souvenir glass $6 each (minimum 10 people).

20% gratuity will be applied to each of the drink package options.

Food and Catering

• You are welcome to bring in celebratory desserts (cake, cookies, cupcakes, etc) and light snacks (chips, crackers, etc) for your guests at no charge.
• Drinks of any kind are not allowed to be brought in. Free filtered water is available at the bar and bottled water and soda is available for purchase along with beer, wine, seltzer and cider.
• Licensed caterers or food trucks may be utilized for your event. We are happy to provide a list of recommended vendors experienced working at the brewery.

Music and Entertainment

With a full facility buyout and weekday daytime rental, you are welcome to bring in musicians, DJs or other entertainment with approval of CT management. We can provide a list of musicians who have performed here in the past. For all other rentals, if Crooked Thumb has not already scheduled music, we can work with you to coordinate entertainment for your guests. Costs are the responsibility of the client. Please note we do not have an in house PA. This needs to be provided by the musicians or entertainers.

Liquor

For Full-Facility buyouts, hosts wishing to offer spirits can bring in a mobile liquor service when purchasing our All Inclusive drink package.
